I love his honesty and personal personality. How he got us to calculate numbers before we went out to even shop just so we wouldn’t get our hopes and dreams up then get shut down if we didn’t make a certain mark the thoughtfulness. He is very attentive to detail & listened to what we were lookin and asking for and made it happen to the best of his abilities. He applied pressure and spoke up for us when it was needed. He made sure he educated us during the process if we didn’t understand things and answered all our questions. He also kept us updated during the process once we applied for the house & showed up during it all. He overall helped us save money during this process which is always a plus in a buyers eyes.
